I HAVE WALKED, CLIMBED AND DRANK MY WAY THROUGH MY PREGNANCY SEASON, WHICH LASTED 10 YEARS, AND IN THOSE 10 YEARS I HAVE EXPERIENCED MISCARRIAGES, TMFR, STILLBIRTH AND SURROGACY.
I DEEPLY UNDERSTAND THE LAYERS OF EMOTIONS THAT FIND THEIR WAY TO YOU AFTER PREGNANCY LOSS. I REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE PREGNANT AFTER LOSING OUR TWINS AND EVERYONE WAS HAPPY FOR US BUT I COULDN’T FIND A WAY TO BE.
IT WAS ISOLATING AND FRUSTRATING.
AFTER WE LOST OUR DAUGHTER LOEY AND DECIDED TO VENTURE INTO SURROGACY, I WENT THROUGH ANOTHER EXPERIENCE OF PREGNANCY AFTER LOSS BUT NOT BEING PREGNANT MYSELF - THAT WAS A TRIP.
I was able to use the strategies / tool that I will be sharing with you to help feel more at ease, to help me be present in our pregnancy but still honor my twins + daughter’s memory.
