Hi my dear friend,

If you're reading this, there is a very good chance you're in the trenches of grief.  I'm so incredibly sorry about your loss.

I am honored you found our online community. Now you know you're not alone. That said, I am not happy that this happened to you - as they say - it’s not a club you want to be part of.

I lost our little girl at 39 weeks on May 28th, 2017 and I miss her in everything I do and in everything I see.

She joins her twin siblings that we lost May 30th, 2013 at 22 weeks.

I still feel lost, frustrated, mad and alone sometimes.

My intention is to help you through your lows, let you know it's OK to feel it all, that there is no right way to grieve and whatever way you're doing it, it's the right way.

When we lose our babies, we lose a part of ourselves, we lose the memories that we so long for, and it’s a grief that people find hard to understand.  Our world is forever changed.

Loey is the inspiration behind this online community created to support other mothers who are navigating their new normal without their little angels to hold.
