First, I want to say thank you for being here and I want to acknowledge you for taking this step in your journey. I know it’s not easy to reach out sometimes - but here you are. This is the most important step! No, REALLY it is! Asking for support and investing in YOU doesn’t come easy for some of us.

Okay, so I would like you to imagine that you are feeling so connected and empowered in your pregnancy that you able to self advocate for yourself without guilt or worry.

That you are able to share the news with others and they understand the complexities.

That you are able to recognize your fears and anxieties and move to a place of compassion, understanding and peace.

That you are able to create a plan of immense self - care and self - preservation during your pregnancy or TTC season.

That you FEEL MORE present in each challenging moment and able to use healthy coping strategies.

That when you feel something different in your body which panics you, you are able to find an inner dialogue that will help you move through the experience with empowerment rather than moving into a fight, flight or freeze response.

Imagine, knowing that this pregnancy is different and YOU are having a different experience or you are sitting at a cafe and you notice another pregnant woman and you are able to celebrate that you are pregnant or will be.

This roller coaster ride doesn’t stop when you are parenting after loss and I wish I could say it does. We have different emotions coming up with daily triggers and worries. How do we as a mom parent from a place of consciousness and mindfulness ? You can and I will show you how in this experience.

HI,

I AM JENNIFER HEPTON AND I AM A CERTIFIED COACH + NLP PRACTITIONER HELPING WOMEN LIVE THEIR LIVES AFTER PREGNANCY LOSS AND WITH INFERTILITY. I COACH WOMEN FROM A PLACE OF FEAR TO A PLACE OF EMPOWERMENT AND MINDFULNESS IN THEIR PREGNANCY SEASON.

I HAVE WALKED, CLIMBED AND DRANK MY WAY THROUGH MY PREGNANCY SEASON, WHICH LASTED 10 YEARS, AND IN THOSE 10 YEARS I HAVE EXPERIENCED MISCARRIAGES, TMFR, STILLBIRTH AND SURROGACY.

I DEEPLY UNDERSTAND THE LAYERS OF EMOTIONS THAT FIND THEIR WAY TO YOU AFTER PREGNANCY LOSS. I REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE PREGNANT AFTER LOSING OUR TWINS AND EVERYONE WAS HAPPY FOR US BUT I COULDN’T FIND A WAY TO BE.

Mamma, imagine that your triggers didn’t trigger you, that your emotions didn’t send you to a depths of sadness, that you can advocate for yourself, that you can celebrate the victories in your pregnancy, and that you don’t feel so alone.

Melissa: I feel the biggest gift Jenn has given me through the coaching process has been her ability to show me that I do have the strength to heal and that process starts from speaking my truth.

Emma : Jenn's gift is her empathy and kindness, she has such a calming energy to be around.

Tracy: That deep digging allowed me to face my fears, accept my reality, and most importantly remember to value and love myself in spite of what my new grief has made me feel.

Laura: I was incredibly nervous about doing IVF and with Jenn’s support I was able to do it feeling less anxious and used her breathing and journal prompts to help. We now have a beautiful baby girl and I am happy I was able to recognise my fears and work through them. Thank you Jenn.

Jo: I had a 90 minute coaching call with Jenn when I was starting my next IVF cycle and it was so healing to be able to be honest about my feelings and be given strategies to help me change my mindset.
